• Dad to Phoenix, West Ham fan and passionate about fitness and wellbeing 💪

Story & Mission 📖

• 10 + years of Recruitment experience, scaling engineering teams for some of the top Tech companies in the world
• Previously the top perm biller at global recruitment firm Salt - billing £750k in 12 months
• Built my niche in Java and Fintech and have an extensive network in the space
• Dad to Isla, love football and the occasional round of golf ⛳️

Conor & Jake previously worked together at Salt Recruitment, where Jake was the Director of Tech recruitment and Conor was a Managing Consultant and global top biller. We were closely aligned in how we approached recruitment and focused on being top performers through high-quality service.

We were dissatisfied with the poor service customers received from larger agencies through a lack of training and a focus on irrelevant metrics.

In 2022, we launched Evoke Talent, a premium technology search partner for start-ups and scale-ups. Over the past few years, we’ve worked with numerous Unicorn businesses and well-funded start-ups and scale-ups.

Our mission is to elevate our candidates and clients’ experiences with recruitment businesses, through our transparent communication and reliability of delivery. We also want to build a business that will give an amazing platform for high-performing recruiters.

Now we’re looking to build our Founding recruitment team 🚀

Some key details:

🏢 Co-working in London Bridge (1 or 2 days a week) - open to fully remote Contracts for experienced recruiters (5 years +)

💸 £30k - £45k + exceptional commission scheme, better than the rest of tech agencies

🚀 A clear career progression path down a management or individual contributor route, both leading to equity positions
